Growing up Across Europe

My story is one of a journey across cultures and horizons, shaped by bi-national parents who instilled in me a love for diversity and openness to the world. Born in Belgium, I grew up between Sweden, Italy, and the United Kingdom ; an experience that enriched my worldview and refined my appreciation of different aesthetics and cultures.

In 2005, I began my university studies in the United Kingdom and obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Newcastle University in 2009. These years were decisive, equipping me with problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, essential in a demanding work environment.

My attraction to architecture and "the finer things in life" is a result of this multicultural immersion, nourished by diverse artistic influences.

The Beginning of my Real Estate Career

With my diploma in hand, I chose to return to Belgium to take my first steps in the real estate market. In January 2010, I joined a family-run agency in the heart of Brussels. It was a revelation: real estate was not just an industry but became my true passion.

Each transaction became a human adventure, allowing me to build valuable connections with a diverse clientele: expats, Belgian families searching for their future home, experienced investors, and newcomers alike. I quickly realised that tailor-made support makes all the difference ; a conviction that continues to shape my approach today.

Co-founding and Growing The Keys

In 2013, armed with this experience, I co-founded The Keys with two partners who shared the same ambition: to redefine industry standards by offering a full range of services.

Over a decade, The Keys grew into a key player in the sector, with nearly 30 employees by 2025. But as the company expanded, my responsibilities shifted more toward management and organisation. Although proud of this success, I gradually felt something was missing: the direct connection with my clients and the satisfaction of personally guiding them in achieving their real estate projects.

I came to realise that my greatest fulfillment didn’t come solely from business success, but from the real and tangible impact I could have on the lives of those I assist.

Returning to My Roots with The Portfolio

January 2025 marked a decisive turning point: eager to reconnect with the essence of my passion, I left The Keys to create The Portfolio. More than just an agency, The Portfolio embodies my vision: exclusive, tailor-made, and highly personalised support. Every property for sale, rent, or under property management is carefully selected with a focus on excellence and relevance.

My approach is simple: placing people at the heart of every project, offering my clients a unique and fully tailored experience. With 15 years of experience and a solid reputation, The Portfolio is the natural outcome of my journey ; a reimagined real estate service for those seeking more than just a transaction.
